Leadership Counselling may touch on responsibility, motivation, meaning, pressure, stress, vocation, work, relationships, identity, decision-making, moral difficulty, leadership formation, and life direction. You may choose to provide information that could be sensitive.

We do not seek to collect sensitive information unnecessarily. Leadership Counselling is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, crisis, legal, financial or emergency service.
8. Sessions, calls and confidentiality
Leadership Counselling may include fit conversations, discovery calls, intake conversations, one-to-one sessions, video meetings, phone calls, written follow-up, reflection prompts, session notes, questions, comments or other interactive elements.
If you book or participate in a session or call, we may collect information such as your booking details, attendance details, session access details, submitted questions, comments, technical participation data, and communications before or after the session.
We take confidentiality seriously and take reasonable steps to protect personal information and session-related information. However, confidentiality may be limited where required or authorised by law, where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, where a child or vulnerable person may be at risk, where disclosure is reasonably necessary to obtain professional, legal, administrative, technical or supervisory support, or where disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety or systems.
We do not generally record one-to-one Leadership Counselling sessions unless this is expressly agreed. If any session, call or meeting is to be recorded, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
You should not record, screenshot, publish, redistribute, livestream, transmit or share a session, meeting link, session notes, written materials or private communication without our prior written permission.
You are responsible for choosing a private location for online or phone sessions and for protecting your own device, internet connection, email account, calendar, meeting links and physical surroundings.
